Are you tired of your PC lagging behind while surfing the net or navigating between different applications? We will install additional memory to get your PC and applications running faster. This price includes the installation of one additional stick of memory.

Hard Drive Installation and Maintenance - $119.00
A properly configured hard drive is essential in the overall speed and performance of your PC. We will install and configure a new hard drive for your PC, or diagnose and repair problems with your existing hard drive. Hardware not included.

Sound, Video or Network Card Installation - $149.00
Newer applications require upgraded sound, video cards or network cards. Let us determine what the right solution is for you. We will install a new I/O card improving your computer's sound, graphics or network connectivity.

Software

Operating System Installation - $219.00
Geeks in Sneaks will upgrade, restore or install your operating system. We will upgrade, install, reinstall and configure your current OS (Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Mac OS) This service includes backing up your existing data, formatting the hard disk, installing the OS, installing all appropriate drivers for all devices, as well as a complete system test to make sure all your applications are running properly. In addition, will make sure that your OS receives automatic updates when they are needed to keep your computer up do date with today's ever changing technology.

Software Service - $149.00
We will troubleshoot your current software problems and provide upgrades, repairs, or new installations. We will determine what software is right for you and properly configure it to meet your needs. We will make sure your software is up to date and receives updates when they are needed.

AntiVirus / Spyware / Pop-Up Software Installation - $119.00
Credit card information, passwords, pictures and other personal data are private and should be kept safe. We will install the proper hardware and software to keep this data in, and intruders out. Viruses, spyware and spam are not only annoying, but can cost you hours of productivity and permanent loss of data. Not only does Antivirus software protect you from viruses, it also prevents you from spreading them to friends and family through emails or file sharing. We will make sure you are up to date with all your Antivirus software. Price includes Antivirus software installation and configuration, spyware removal and system scan.

Networking

Wireless Setup - $149.00
We will install and secure your wireless network. Surf the Web while you're sitting on your couch or in your yard. Wireless networks share Internet access, files, printers, and more. Price includes installation of a wireless router and up to two wireless network cards.

Add a Device to your Existing Network - $119.00
We will connect an additional computer to your already existing system enabling you to share printers, files, pictures and music. If you are planning on setting up two or more computers to share printers, files and pictures, then we will get you connected to do so. We will also set up printers and fax machines.

Broadband Service - $149.00
Most people today have moved from dial up to high speed internet connection. We will connect your system to a high speed broadband internet connection (DSL, Wireless, or Cable) enabling you to surf the web faster and more efficiently.

Broadband VoIP Phone Added to your Network - $119.00
Enjoy unlimited local and long distance calling for half the cost. Many people are switching over to IP Phones. We will install Internet Voice, also known as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), enabling you to make telephone calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a traditional (analog) phone line.

Data Backup and Recovery Services - $149.00
Data backup in today's world is crucial. If your system suddenly crashes, or in the event of a power surge, you need to make sure all your important files are safe. We will install a backup system (external hard drive or DVD burner) that will keep your data safe and your life stress free. We can also help you recover lost or damaged data.

Dial-Up Services - $119.00
We understand dial-up service is perfectly adequate for some people's online needs. We will set up a low cost Dial-Up service or repair an existing connection for you.

Maintenance Services

PC Setup and System Configuration - $119.00
We will set up your new pc for you and customize it to your needs. You have just returned home with your newly purchased computer. Now what do you do? Many people struggle with getting their systems operational. We can help you get your system properly set up and configured. Price includes training.

Operating System Repair - $219.00
We will repair or restore your operating system. Many applications today have compatibility issues with older operating systems. Operating systems may also become fragmented or damaged. If your PC has crashed, or is acting up, we will analyze and repair your OS.

Data Transfer Services - $219.00
Many people purchasing new computers want to transfer their existing programs and information (files, email addresses, etc.) from their old computers. We will transfer this information for you.

Printer Services - $149.00
We will determine what your printing problems are and take the necessary steps to get your printer working. Viruses, hardware and software upgrades, and network configuration can all affect your printing. If you are having problems printing, you may need new printer drivers or service to your printer. Geeks in Sneaks will install the necessary equipment to get you printing again.

Phone Support

Phone support (during business hours) is $45.00 per hour. Calls less than half an hour are $25.00. Phone support after hours is always available and welcomed. The rate is $80.00 per hour. Calls less than a half hour are $50.00.
